Winston Collier

Attorney & Public Affairs Advisor


Winston Collier is an attorney, strategic advisor, and public speaker with more than two decades of experience in government relations, strategic communications, and legal counsel. He has represented major multi-state healthcare organizations, multinational energy companies, financial institutions, and other highly regulated enterprises.

Winston regularly advises business leaders, executive teams, and professional organizations on matters involving government affairs, communications strategy, leadership engagement, and institutional positioning. He is frequently invited to facilitate high-level, issue-oriented meetings, executive gatherings, and organizational conferences, and is widely recognized as a keynote speaker at major conferences, leadership summits, and corporate events.

Throughout his career, Winston has managed numerous political and judicial campaigns and has counseled corporations on developing and implementing effective government relations and public affairs strategies. He was elected to serve in the House of Delegates of the Arkansas Bar Association and has been recognized by both local and state publications for his accomplishments as an attorney, strategist, and community leader.

Winston completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi, where he was inducted into the University of Mississippi Hall of Fame in 2003. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas and completed the International Law Program at Downing College, University of Cambridge in 2005.

He is licensed to practice law in Washington, DC, Arkansas, and Mississippi. An accomplished trial attorney, Winston has successfully litigated numerous matters before judges and juries in both state and federal courts throughout the United States.
