Problem
We were retained by a well known public university who was floundering in a crisis on their campus that was in the news daily, internationally. The catastrophic environment brought on a government investigation by state and federal officials.
Approach
We immediately took control of the university's situation by identifying what was fact versus fiction, providing the right messaging, and assisting government officials in their investigation.
Results
The very public, very negative environment surrounding the client, was dissipated. We restored confidence in the university and its leadership, faculty, and students.
